Support Worker for Complex Needs

As a Personal Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting my sister with her complex needs. This requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and understanding, as well as excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with my family and other healthcare professionals to ensure that my sister receives the best possible care. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as managing her medication and medical appointments.
In return for your dedication and hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,300 per annum (based on 27 hours per week), plus extra expenses paid if needed. We offer flexible hours and times, and a supportive team environment that values employee well-being.
