International Trade Sales Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for B-to-B sales and reservation accounts, developing sales leads through prospecting activities, conducting face-to-face meetings, delivering impactful sales presentations, and closing deals while exceeding established quotas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating with major customers at Managing Director level, empathizing with ground floor staff.
- Designing customized shipping solutions based on client needs, providing support and ideas for logistical solutions.
- Building close working relationships with customers, learning key processes of Import & Export Cargo management.
- Working with the company's new CSP in-house IT systems, achieving accurate reporting for statistics purposes and accounting.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the Cargo industry or other related fields.
- Business-level English language proficiency.
- Japanese language and/or experience within a Japanese corporate environment are highly beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ability to understand and follow manuals when required.
- Ability to work as part of a team, focus on all aspects of work.
- Current full driving license.
Conditions:
- Salary – £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location – near Heathrow.
- Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30.
