**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled ICT Help Desk Technician to join our team in the UK, providing first-level support to clients and ensuring productivity through effective use of the Firm's IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months of experience in an IT Service Desk environment, including direct experience in 1st line support, and excellent client service, troubleshooting, and IT technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 12 months experience in an IT Service Desk environment, including direct experience in 1st line support.
  • Excellent client service, troubleshooting, and IT technical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications (Office 2013 essential).
  • Experience of software installations and virus checking.
