About the Role
We are seeking a caring and supportive female Personal Assistant to join our small, friendly team at the Thistle Foundation. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a creative mind, enjoys music, and is good at forward planning and using their initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to our service user
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Work collaboratively with the service user and their family to ensure their needs are met
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Experience working in a care or support role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
