**Job Title:** Vulnerable Support Worker
**Location:** Aberdeen City, Scotland
**Estimated Salary:** £24,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Vulnerable Support Worker to join our team. As a Vulnerable Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support services to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care and support services to service users
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) membership
- Full UK driving licence
