Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets, and drives commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Inspire the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training and coaching
  • Implement and maintain effective operational processes and procedures
  • Support with recruitment and conduct performance reviews
  • Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level
  • Passion for luxury or premium product
  • Proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong commercial and product management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and focused with a drive to achieve team and individual goals
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
