Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our management team in Midsomer Norton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision and management of the service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Allocating shifts and managing rotas
  • Booking training sessions and supporting colleague development
  • Inducting new staff members and providing ongoing support
  • Supporting with medication administration and financial management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
