Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

Reed is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote and sell the company's products and services
  • Handle day-to-day quotes for existing customers and provide technical advice as needed
  • Perform all associated administrative tasks relating to sales
  • Provide exceptional aftersales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with maintenance contracts, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment as a graduate
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Competency in administrative tasks and a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
