At Western Power, we're driven by our vision for a clean energy future and are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.

About this role:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and executing the end-to-end recruitment process in support of Talent Acquisition activities, including:

  • Providing support and guidance to Formal Leaders, internal/external candidates, and external suppliers on Western Power's talent acquisition and selection process.
  • Generating and distributing accurate employment contracts/letters, ensuring new hire documentation and details are complete and accurate for all new hires, resulting in a seamless onboarding process.
  • Completion of low to mid-level appointments, including direct/internal/secondments as requested.
  • Managing and actioning the recruitment inbox, allocation of requisitions, and liaising with systems team on IT/systems issues.
  • Seeking PD approval from HM's, drafting, posting, and editing job ads, screen/interview scheduling, and coordination of pre-employment/visa/relocation processes.
  • Assisting with the coordination of entry-level program recruitment activities.
  • Maintaining real-time accuracy of RMS and all trackers, as well as filing all onboarding documentation.

About you:

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects.
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support to a busy Talent Acquisition/HR or related team is essential.
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practice methodologies.
  • Familiarization of recruitment systems and reporting metrics.
  • MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • High energy, working with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy.
