As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes. h3>Key Responsibilities/h3>

  1. Formatting and presenting candidate CVs to showcase their skills and experience
  2. Matching candidates with relevant job opportunities, utilizing your knowledge of the recruitment industry
  3. Assisting in identifying new business leads and opportunities for growth
  4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and clients
  5. Providing administrative support to Recruitment Consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed
Requirements/h3>
  1. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
