Job Summary:
  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Optical Assistant to join our team at Health Care Personnel. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with eye exams, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our opticians.

  Responsibilities:
  * Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming experience
  * Assist with selecting frames and lenses for patients
  * Measure frames for accuracy and precision
  * Order prescription glasses and contact lenses as needed
  * Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain patient records
  * Perform pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging and pressure testing
  * Explain offers and products to customers
  * Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

  Requirements:
  * 1 year of experience working in an optician's office
  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  * Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  * Relevant experience in customer service or retail is an asset
