Job Title: Client Service Call Agent

Location: Blackfriars

Hourly Rate: £13 - £14

Temporary Contract: 3 months

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor each stage of the appointment booking process, ensuring accurate records.
  • Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and protection advisers, maintaining timely communication.
  • Organise diaries and engage with clients to schedule meetings, setting up appointments and following up as necessary.
  • Provide personalised responses to clients via phone and email.
  • Meet or exceed productivity targets for call numbers and appointment bookings as set by management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where excellent communication skills were essential.
  • A confident and friendly phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with working in a corporate environment and understanding the expectations of clients in this setting.
