Job Title: Customer Service Representative Digital

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Inscapers. As a CSR, you will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Proactively engage in outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product/service information and promote value propositions to potential clients.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and product/service offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment or customer service role.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  5. Proven track record of success in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  7. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
