About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Global Customer Support Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and providing training on our products via phone and web meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our web community.
- Routinely assist customers with setting up and configuring projects and features within our Datasite products.
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions to customers on our products, using consultative discussions and feature demonstrations to meet their specific needs.
- Capture all service requests, interactions, and communications in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client service or product support environment.
- Fluency in writing and speaking German and English is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and previous experience supporting software or SaaS applications are desired.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, and a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm.
