About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at UCC Coffee Limited. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, to ensure all equipment is left in good working order.
  • Work proactively with our central call centre to keep customers informed and ensure first-time fixes.
  • Comply with on-site arrival procedures and adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including job sheets and time sheets, to validate client satisfaction.
  • Keep all tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by the company in good working order.
Requirements
  • A confident individual with excellent customer service skills.
  • No experience is essential, as we provide a comprehensive training programme.
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving skills with an electrical or mechanical aptitude.
  • Computer literate with a clean driving licence.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 (OTE £31k) going to £29,580 after probation, plus a company vehicle, 25 days holiday, pension, EAP, and other company benefits.
