A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled RMN to join our community mental health service in Harrow, where you will be supported in your professional development and growth as a community practitioner. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care to older adults, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for triaging referrals, allocating work to junior staff, and providing comprehensive mental health assessments for complex patients in the acute phase of a mental health crisis. You will also work closely with the Operational Team Manager, Clinical Leads/Senior Practitioners, and community teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Developmental Opportunities

We offer a range of developmental opportunities, including coaching and in-house development sessions, mentoring and coaching sessions with team leaders, and flexible shift working arrangements. You will also have access to our Staff and Wellbeing service and local Reflective Practice forums.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an RMN with post-registration experience in a range of clinical areas, who is able to work as a member of a Multi-disciplinary team and has a sound understanding of current legislation and its application to service users with mental health problems.
