We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Financial Secretary to join our team. As a Financial Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial team, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the financial team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in a financial or administrative role.
