Job Overview

Route Reports is a rapidly growing startup that has developed cutting-edge technology for the rail and road industries.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in London or remotely, depending on preference. This role involves driving customer growth and retention through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Presenting reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • A proficient understanding of customer relationship management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
  • The ability to analyze data and customer insights to drive improvements and generate solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
  • Adept at working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and sales.
