Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Corrigenda Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requests, acting as first line support for clients, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initial handling and logging of client requests via various channels
  2. Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  3. Liaising with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication
  4. Generating jobs on our CAFM system and relaying instructions to engineers
  5. Processing and inputting worksheet information correctly onto our system
  6. Assisting with arranging site access and appointment bookings with clients
  7. Performing other general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working in a front-line customer advisor or help desk role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. IT literate and proficient in using client databases for call handling and task logging
  5. A minimum of C/4 grade in English and Math (or equivalent)
