Job Summary

Corrigenda Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requests, acting as the first point of contact for clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initial handling and logging of various client requests via multiple channels
  2. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  3. Liaising with contract managers and engineers to ensure effective communication
  4. Generating jobs on the Corrigenda CAFM system
  5. Relaying instructions to engineers and collating details of works in progress
  6. Processing and inputting worksheet information correctly onto our system
  7. Assisting with arranging site access and appointment bookings with clients
  8. Performing other general administrative duties as required
Requirements
  1. Previous experience working in a front-line customer advisor or helpdesk role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. Ability to work as part of a small team and demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
  5. Attention to detail and IT literacy
  6. A minimum of C/4 grade in English and Math (or equivalent)
