Fleet Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks arising from the management of our fleet estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a central vehicle list, processing traffic fines and penalties, and ensuring all MOTs are completed on time.
  • Manage driver licence checking, grey fleet checks, and vehicle inspections.
  • Provide an advice/help line for all drivers and maintain accounts with parking, congestion, and toll suppliers.
  • Act as an escalation point for suppliers, including garages, rental companies, and insurers.

You will be working closely with our local area support teams to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. If you have a good level of IT proficiency in Microsoft Office software and can write clear, accurate, and concise records, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills and previous experience working as an Administrator.
  • Sound working knowledge and experience of business operating systems and MS Office suite.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
