Executive Director of Philanthropic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Philanthropy Manager to join our dynamic team at St Christophers Careers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fundraising professional to make a real difference in people's lives, working in the heart of Mostly Sydenham with occasional trips to Orpington.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with supporters and have a proven track record of securing funding through innovative and strategic approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to secure significant donations and support, while managing a portfolio of key donors and stakeholders.


About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive fundraising success and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion and development
  • Manage donor portfolios to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing insights and recommendations for future activity
