About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Partnerships Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Independent Schools Council. In this key role, you will play a vital part in driving strategic relationships with alumnae and the community, increasing philanthropic income, and providing opportunities for students.

As an Educational Partnerships Specialist, your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with alumnae and the Prior's Field community. You will develop and implement strategies to increase philanthropic income, provide opportunities for students through fundraising and development initiatives, and foster a culture of engagement and giving.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a full-time position that requires working from Prior's Field. We offer an enhanced DBS check and exempt status under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with alumnae and stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to increase philanthropic income.
  • Create opportunities for students through various development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and securing funding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
