Salary
We offer an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum for this part-time role, depending on experience.
Job Description
The Senior Grants Manager will support the Programme Director in managing the Group's philanthropy across all regions. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with charity partners, promoting staff involvement, and ensuring the foundation remains a core focus of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, supportive relationships with the foundation's charitable partners
- Develop the group's philanthropic profile both internally and externally
- Research and meet with potential new charity partners
- Review reports and updates from partners, summarise and share activity with trustees and the wider group
- Organise and manage group volunteering activities
- Track progress on the foundation's commitments to IVAR's Open & Trusting Grant-making
Requirements
- Substantial senior grant-making experience
- Leadership capacity with experience of a theory of change or strategic review process
- Ability to support employee engagement in charity programmes
- Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills
