Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As the backbone of our busy office, you will be responsible for handling a mix of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and overseeing office supplies.

About Us: Our client has been serving the Southwest since 1986, specialising in the service, refurbishment, and repair of sewage and wastewater treatment systems. With over 30 years of experience in drainage and effluent disposal, they provide practical, cost-effective solutions to a wide range of clients.

Your Role: You will be the key support person for our team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in our Outlook Diary and JobLogic/CRM system.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in an office support or administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
