Butler Rose is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role where you will report into the Finance Director and be involved across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the transactional finance team
  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Providing various financial reports as required by the business
  • Completing month-end procedures and providing commentary
  • Involvement with year-end process
  • Co-ordinating annual audit
  • Assisting with budget preparation, alongside department leads
  • Cashflow management, forecasting and budget monitoring
  • Providing financial support to team members and other internal stakeholders as required.
  • Business partnering with non-finance departments such as sales and marketing

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong overall finance skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people. You will be organised, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
