About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. As a key member of our operational delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of administrative support to recover criminal fines and financial penalties imposed by the courts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the delivery of operational, performance, and service standard targets, providing statistical data for the management team.
  • Monitor and analyze performance areas and trends, conducting ongoing reviews of procedures and work practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement changes to procedures and work practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service and performance, motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including office-based and occasional travel to other courts.
