Job Title: Trainee Practitioner

About the Role

As a Trainee Practitioner, you'll work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to individuals in recovery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shadowing experienced team members to gain hands-on experience
  • Supporting the organization and smooth running of events and Forward reunions
  • Assisting with research and writing copy for internal and external audiences
  • Promoting the Forward Connect network and its interventions
  • Developing skills in data collection and recording
  • Managing the database and ensuring accuracy and compliance with Data Protection Principles
What We're Looking For

We're seeking self-driven and passionate individuals who are committed to supporting vulnerable adults in recovery. While experience is desirable, we offer a robust induction and ongoing training program to develop our workforce. Key skills and qualities include:

  • Motivation and self-drive
  • Ability to manage workload effectively
  • Understanding of client confidentiality and equal opportunities
  • Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
