We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to work with our client group, supporting them on their path to recovery. As a Trainee Practitioner, you will shadow experienced team members, receive guidance, and develop the skills needed to become competent in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and smooth running of events, Forward reunions, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with the communications team to research and write engaging content for internal and external audiences.
- Promote the Forward Connect network and its interventions to relevant agencies and organizations.
- Assist with the design and editing of our client magazine, The Journey.
- Develop social media channels, website, and intranet content.
- Conduct research to support new projects and activities within Forward Connect.
- Establish links with relevant agencies, including residential rehabs and supported housing providers.
- Facilitate Forward Connect meetings and maintain accurate database records.
- Develop skills in data collection and recording for audit, research, and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Motivation, self-drive, and passion for working with vulnerable adults in recovery.
- Understanding of equal opportunity principles and client confidentiality.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths, or ability to meet qualification requirements.
