Exciting Opportunity: Join our team of dedicated professionals as a Clinical Psychologist in the Paediatric Diabetes Service

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner psychologist to work alongside our multidisciplinary specialist services, including the paediatric diabetes team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide psychology services to the paediatric diabetes service, including direct and indirect clinical work. This will involve delivering psychological interventions for children and young people with diabetes and their families, as well as supporting other professionals working across this care pathway through psychological advice, consultation, training, and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, formulate and implement psychological interventions for children and young people with diabetes and their families.
  • Develop and evaluate the service, ensuring high-quality care for patients.
  • Work closely with the consultant lead and other psychologists to ensure effective service delivery.
