We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our Staff Support Service in the South West region. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of staff support principles, including trauma-informed practice and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Clinical Psychologist leader of NHS staff support services, with a proven track record of delivering effective staff support processes. They will also have experience of undertaking team consultation development and providing large training events, public speaking, and presenting data at professional meetings.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Lead to develop, implement, and maintain proactive staff support systems for our large multi-professional team. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership and clinical services within a specialist health setting.

**Person Specification:**

  • Doctorate in clinical psychology/counselling psychology or equivalent
  • Current registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council
  • Training appropriate theoretical models for use in the post

**Salary:** £74,290 - £85,601 per annum (pro rata) + benefits package.
