University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director for Psychological Health Services to lead our Psychological Health Services. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining proactive staff support systems for our multi-professional team, as well as providing senior leadership and clinical services within a specialist health setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in clinical psychology/counselling psychology or equivalent, current registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council, and training appropriate theoretical models for use in the post. They will also have management/leadership training and extensive experience of providing large training events, public speaking, and presenting data at professional meetings.

The salary for this role is approximately £90,000-£110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive work environment.
