Compliance Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Group's compliance function and ensure that all compliance risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures across the group.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior managers and employees on compliance-related matters.

About You

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional who has a proven track record of success in managing compliance functions. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills and a broad understanding and experience of in-house legal and compliance. This role requires you to work closely with senior managers and employees across the group to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Your Salary

Estimated annual salary: £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience.
