Job Overview: Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Commonwealth Dentistry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day interactions between our patients and staff, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Estimated Salary: $48,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Check in patients using dental software and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  2. Answer patient inquiries and provide information about our services and policies.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in dentistry or healthcare is a plus.
