We are seeking a skilled Data-Driven Fundraising Specialist to join our team at an exciting time in our 112-year history. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for driving strategic fundraising decisions and making a real difference to nature in the UK.

You will work closely with our fundraising teams, senior leadership team, and Wildlife Trust colleagues across the UK to enhance our fundraising through developing insights and processes that take our relationship management to the next level. This includes generating insights into relationships from a range of audiences – from businesses, through campaigners to members and major donors.

Our ideal candidate is a confident and engaging database expert with the ability to analyse complex data sets and present findings in a clear and compelling way. You will be able to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities to improve our fundraising efforts and implement effective solutions.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. However, please note that this is just an estimate and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
