Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial decision-making role while managing your caseload and an Assistant Psychologist.
About the Role:
- Work in a hybrid role, combining clinical work with a decision-making role in our Senior Management Team.
- Manage a caseload of patients and work closely with an Assistant Psychologist.
- Contribute to the development of our neurological rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum.
