About the Position:

We are seeking a Wellness Care Specialist to join our wellness team at Best Western Keavil House Hotel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality massage services to our guests and contribute to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their health needs and preferences.
  2. Deliver a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
  3. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
  4. Recommend follow-up treatments and educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or equivalent certification.
  • Ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical practices within the massage therapy field.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive annual salary of approximately £23,960, based on 40 hours worked per week at £11.75 per hour. You will also benefit from gym membership and on-site parking.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required.

Licence/Certification Requirements:

  • Massage Therapist diploma (required).
  • Driver's license (required).
