Job Title: Operations Improvement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Operations Improvement Specialist to join our EMEA Delivery organisation.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of operations improvement within the organisation and offers hybrid working with required travel to one of our UK offices (Basildon, London, Lichfield or Stirling).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ideation of new requests, leading the discovery and due diligence analysis phases to ensure solid foundations are set;
  • Lead the elicitation and documentation of business outcomes & stakeholder needs;
  • Lead and facilitate meetings & workshops and confidently presenting to key stakeholders & clients;
  • Work closely with and act as the conduit between design, architecture and delivery teams maintaining focus on building client-centric solutions;
  • Identify operational impacts and support operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully;
  • Provide outcome-based reporting on team or delivery progress in the format required by the programme team;
  • Lead and mentor other more junior members of the team to support the growth of a high performing team (applicable to SBA);
  • Continually share external & internal knowledge & experience to boost the evolution of the operations practice.

About You:

  • Experience operating in an operations-based role with a full appreciation for process improvements and the various methodologies i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, etc,
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including client facing experience, working well with others throughout the organisation at all levels,
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator,
  • Proven champion of change and motivator of others,
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership,
  • Naturally curious with the desire to constantly improve the status quo,
  • Offer personal agility when responding to change in business demands and lead the way for those more resistant to change,
  • Constantly perform to the best of their ability and encourage others to do the same focused on quality deliverables,
  • Strong desire to support the continued growth of the operations practice and the company's strategic goals.
