Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching's specialist school in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to students with Autism, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored support to students with Autism, including one-to-one and small group interventions.
  • Working closely with the class teacher and other professionals to implement individual learning plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of Autism and its impact on learning and socialisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
