Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding service
- Embrace an old-school service approach, ensuring guests are well taken care of

- Maintain a keen overview of operations, particularly during service sections
- Contribute to the implementation of the refined sharing concept and progressive kitchen approach
- Uphold the vision of creating a neighborhood restaurant with European/Mediterranean flavors
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Conducting cash-up procedures
- Overseeing the implementation and utilisation of an AI automatic system for cash-up and closing procedures, streamlining processes and reducing time spent

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of old-school service principles
- Familiarity with European/Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive team culture

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
