Senior Geo-Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our team in Southampton, London, or the Home Counties. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for designing and managing geo-environmental assignments, including desk studies, ground investigations, and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and management of geo-environmental assignments, including desk studies, ground investigations, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with junior colleagues to mentor and develop their professional understanding.
- Support the production of fee proposals and business development initiatives.
- BSc or higher qualification in a relevant subject (environmental science, geology, engineering) and a Chartered Environmentalist/Geologist/Engineer (or working towards).
- Sufficient and relevant experience, ideally gained in ground investigation, interpretation, and reporting.
- Demonstrable skills in writing accurate, concise, clear, and well-constructed technical reports, reviewing the work of others, assessing the technical approach, and determining compliance with relevant guidance and client requirements.
- Believes in our ethos and values.
- Full UK driving license.
