Geo-Environmental Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Geo-Environmental Lead to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and geotechnical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project pipelines, identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage teams on projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Support the Regional Director in developing and implementing regional strategies.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in the UK geo consulting industry.
  • Demonstrable business development, proposal writing, and work-winning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple sectors and existing relationships in the southeast and home counties property and construction market.
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to lead and support efficiency and growth.
  • Strong communication, analysis, and people skills with increased multi-discipline working.
  • Integrity and credibility, with a strong track record of delivering results.
