Geo-Environmental Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Geo-Environmental Lead to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and geotechnical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project pipelines, identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage teams, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the Geo team, mentoring and coaching staff to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years' experience in the UK geo consulting industry, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Demonstrable business development and work-winning skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional body, or working towards chartership.
