Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer Lead to join our team at Hydrock. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for leading and managing geo-environmental projects, developing business opportunities, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage geo-environmental projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and geotechnical assessments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow our geo-environmental services in the southeast region.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and career progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop proposals for new business.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Represent Hydrock in client meetings and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Over 10 years of experience in the UK geo consulting industry, with a strong background in geo-environmental engineering.
- Demonstrable business development, proposal writing, and work-winning skills.
- Knowledge of multiple sectors and existing relationships in the southeast region.
- Strong communication, analysis, and people skills, with the ability to lead and support a team.
- Integrity and credibility, with a strong track record of delivering results.
