We are seeking an experienced Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our Geo team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating geo-environmental projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead local business development and work winning efforts, championing our brand and relationships in the southeast of England.
  • Prepare scopes of work and fee proposals for projects across multiple sectors.
  • Manage geo-environmental projects of various sizes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, providing guidance and support to junior colleagues.
Requirements
  • Over ten years of relevant UK geo consulting industry experience.
  • Strong communication, analysis, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
