Human Resources Specialist

Nexgen Group is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to support our HR team in Employee Relations case management and provide specialist support on Human Resource related queries. Key responsibilities include:

**Employee Relations Support**

* Provide Operations with advice and support on various HR and Employee Relations matters, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
* Support line managers with absence management and long-term welfare discussions and occupational health reviews.
* Conduct exit interviews and support TUPE-transfers into the business.

**HR Business Partner Support**

* Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to implement colleague engagement initiatives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law, Case Law, and HR best practice, making recommendations as necessary.
* Liaise with ACAS on escalations and undertake ad-hoc projects in line with company objectives.

**Requirements**

* 2-3 years of experience in a HR Advisor capacity.
* Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Articulate, innovative, and challenging mindset with a collaborative style and ability to challenge when necessary.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work with high case loads.
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
