  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects aligned with company objectives.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law, Case Law, and HR best practice.
  • Driving the strategic Learning and Development agenda.
  • Working closely with the Payroll Manager.
  • Representing the company with ACAS.
  • Deputising for the HR Director in their absence.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a HR Advisor capacity.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • An articulate, innovative, and challenging mindset with a collaborative style.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work with high case loads.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • TUPE experience is desirable.
