We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Responder to join our team at Medequip Connect. As a vital link between our vulnerable clients and support services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to alarm calls, assessing the care and support needs of individuals at risk and providing or facilitating appropriate support.
  • Deal with referrals, maintenance, and installing alarm equipment at clients' premises, explaining how the equipment/alarm works.
  • Undertake last resort personal care when on a call-out, maintaining clients' dignity.
  • Assist with the promotion of the service in local communities.
