We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our client in Thatcham. As part of the Priority Appointments team, you will be responsible for handling key procurement and administrative tasks. Your duties will include sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders. You will maintain accurate records of purchases and collaborate with colleagues across departments and international offices.

As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent organisational skills and great administration experience. You will work in a fast-paced, busy team environment with a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere. You will enjoy a salary of 24-25k pa, 22 days holiday entitlement per year, plus your birthday off, free parking, and full training provided.

The role is 100% office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The location is conveniently situated near Thatcham Station and has easy access to shops. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth flow of purchasing processes.
