Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their engagement and enjoyment.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff.
